No smoking, 1 well behaved pet admitted free of charge. 3 double bedrooms, one ith space for additional cot cot and high-chair available , 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub, shower, WC, washing machine, tumbler, the other with shower and WC. Towels and hairdryers provided. Kitchen with electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, additional electric devices, lots of china, glasses, cooking utensils. 30 m living- diningroom with table and 6 chairs, large sofa, satellite TV, DVD-player, CD-player, radio. Veranda with furniture, garage, carport. The surrounding area Huge forests, moors, sparkling clear brooks and unspoilt nature are our treasures. The holiday bungalow is situated in a tiny village, ideal for hiking and relaxing away from it all , yet very central for touring the triangle Germany-France-Luxemburg. The Moselle boat trips, castles and the Nahe valley with excellent wines, Trier, Germanys oldest town, Lake Bostal for swimming and surfing, copper and slate mines, Roman and celtic excavations, a summer toboggan run, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and other highlights wait to be explored. Leisure activities biking, bowling, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, fishing, golf, hiking, horse-back riding, jogging, miniature golf, open-air pool, swimming, tennis, tobogganing, water park, wind surfing Prices : Rate is for 2 people, each additional guest pays 6 Euro/night extra. Towels, bed linen beds are made on arrival, electricity, heating, water, welcome beverage included. Final cleaning included for stays of minimum 3 nights, for short breaks at extra cost. Final cleaning: 45 EUR for short breaks Minimum stay: 3 days In case of cancellation, 80 % of the daily rental rate will be charged for each day, during which the house cannot be re-let to anyone else. We therefore strongly recommend a cancellation insurance. |
