The apartment is fully equipped and furnished. At the basement there is a garage and a storage. If you have children there is also a plyground for children. There is a fantastic place that is called Casa da Guia where you will find several restaurants and coffee stores. For the reservation we ask for 50 by bank transfer and the rest at the arrival date. We also ask at the arrival date for a damage deposit of 200 euros. This damage deposit is retuned to you at the end of your staying if there are no damages inside the apartment. |
