The two bedroomed villa, that sleeps up to 6, is AIR-CONDITIONED, HEATED, with SAT TV and is DOUBLE GLAZED throughout. The villa and garden/patio areas are fully fenced and has private off road parking. The private garden contains both a Swimming Pool and also a large HEATED Hot Tub / Jacuzzi for the sole use of the villa guests. There is a large roof terrace and patio areas which have fantastic views to the Sierra de Mijas, Sierra de Nevada and across to the nearby village of Alhaurin El Grande. The villa is set in peaceful, private woodlands perfect for ARTISTS, BIRD WATCHERS or just people who ENJOY beautiful countryside. La Bellota, an additional property that sleeps up to 4, with its own private gardens, patio area and hot tub is just 100 metres away. This can be rented together with the villa or individually for couples. The village of Alhaurin el Grande is a short drive or walk away and contains plenty of traditional Spanish life, shops, banks and a local market every Thursday. It contains both Spanish and English bars as well as some of the best restaurants in the region. You can dine out in Spanish, Italian, Seafood and quality silver service restaurants for that special occasion. Within walking distance of the villa, approximately 1.5kms, there are country bars and restaurants. GARDEN A separate private entrance leads from the road into the grounds of the two bedroom villa. The sunny garden and patio areas contain colourful plants and flowers under the established Cork Oak trees that provide partial shade from the Andalucian sunshine. There is a swimming pool, a gas BBQ, ample garden furniture and a heated Jacuzzi in the gardens. There are beautiful views across the valley from the gardens, which also overlook our private woodland. ROOF TERRACE From the garden area, via an iron spiral staircase, the roof terrace can be reached. This 50m terrace can be used as a sunbathing terrace or as a place to sit in the evenings and take in the beautiful views across to Alhaurin El Grande. KITCHEN The fully fitted kitchen contains a 4 ring gas cooker with oven, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. Washing machine is also available. LOUNGE The air conditioned and heated lounge area has two 3 seater sofas, one of which can be converted into a double bed, coffee table, satellite TV and CD radio player. There is a large dining table and 6 chairs. Double opening patio doors lead from this room directly onto the terracing, garden area and Jacuzzi. MAIN BEDROOM This double bedded room, with ceiling fan, air conditioning and heating, has ample wardrobe space, bedside tables with lamps and dressing table with hairdryer. An additional Z-bed or cot can be provided if necessary. SECOND BEDROOM The twin bedded room has a ceiling fan, air conditioning and heating. There is ample wardrobe space, bedside table with lamps and dressing table.The twin beds can be converted into a double bed if required. BATHROOM The bathroom contains a full sized bath with shower, sink and toilet. Rates are weekly for up to 4 guests - 5th and 6th guests are charged at 75 euros each per week.
