This large spacious villa is situated on the hillside above Kalkan with views out over Kalkan, the bay and out to sea. It is one of two villas, the second occupied by the owners.
It has private parking to the front and a large garden with private pool 11 x 5 x 1.8 metres , large terrace and lovely views. Guests even have a small vegetable garden where they can help themselves to vegetables, tomatoes etc. in season
The villa has been designed with the comfort of guests in mind and the spacious accommodation allows up to12 guests to live there comfortably. Tiled floors give the villa a cool feel even in the height of summer.
Steps from the car park lead to the front door which opens onto the ground floor landing. To the right is a washroom with shower, w.c. and wash hand basin. To the left the room opens into a very large open plan kitchen with dining area large enough to seat 10/12 guests. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker and gas hob, fridge freezer and plenty of storage cupboards. There is enough cutlery, crockery etc. for 12 guests.
From the dining area you move into a very large bright lounge with sofas, sofa bed, armchairs, fireplace, satellite tv/dvd/cd player. French windows open onto a balcony overlooking the pool and garden and steps lead down from the balcony to the swimming pool, terrace, garden and barbecue area. Cool breezes off the sea and mountainside keep the lounge cool.
A large twin bedded room is set off from the entrance hall. The bedroom is equipped with side tables, wardrobe and air-conditioning.
Wide stairs go to the first floor with a large open landing with Ottoman seating and wide picture windows looking out over Kalkan Bay. Two bedrooms are accessed from this landing, one twin bedded room and one double bedroom. All have wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lights, air-conditioning and private balconies.
A large bathroom with bath/shower, w.c. and wash-hand basin services the two rooms.
The stairs then go onto the second floor with a storage area and door opening onto a large rooftop terrace part covered with a pergola and with amazing panoramic views of Kalkan and surrounding areas.
From the ground floor stairs lead to the garden floor with two twin bedded bedrooms with air-conditioning. There is also a large bathroom with shower, w.c., wash-hand basin and to one side a washing machine. Leading onto the terrace and garden is a small kitchen dining area serving as a secondary kitchen / eating area which gives flexibility for dining arrangements and also allows groups/families to share with some privacy if required. The kitchen is equipped with 4 ring gas hob, fridge and dishwasher.
The rental price includes weekly linen change, daily pool and garden maintenance. The owners do not service the villa, unless requested, so that guests may have complete privacy if they wish. Maid service is available and the daily charge is 10 guests may opt for what type of service they would like
