Why should I choose Great Vacation Rentals over other online vacation rental websites?
Great Vacation Rentals gives you an option that the typical online vacation rental website doesn't.
Your very own website. This can be included with your listing by simply choosing the website listing when registering your property.
All you have to do is simply choose a unique name of your choice, making sure it hasnt already been taken!
Your website will then be
created at the same time as your property listing goes live on Great Vacation Rentals.
All the information is the simply updated in one single place through Great Vacations for both your listing on Great Vacations and
YOUR very own website.
Can my home be listed if my house is already listed on another site or a rental management company lists my home?
Yes. The key to successfully renting out any vacation home is advertising, advertising, and more advertising. The more sites your home is listed on, the better your chances are of renting your vacation home. Just make sure that you maintain a detailed calendar for your vacation home so that you don't have duplicate rentals for the same dates. If you are using a rental manager to list your site, just make sure that it is okay with them prior to listing your vacation home and let them know that you have the ability to link to their site from your listing on Great Vacation Rentals.
What does a listing include?
Your listing will include the following: a section for the description of your home, an area for pricing your home; an area which will allow for a description of your vacation home; the types and number of beds in your vacation home; the homes address; a link that enables a vacationer to e-mail a friend; a link that will allow potential renters to ask the homeowner questions about the vacation home; and up to 20 photos of your vacation home.
Can I link from my listing to my own website?
Yes. There is a section on your vacation home listing that will allow you to link to your own website.
How often can I update my listing?
You can update you listing as often as you want. You will be able to access your listing 24/7 through your own user name and password. Through your username and password you will be able to add/change anything on your listing page, including photos.
How long will it take for my listing to appear on the listing page?
When you have listed your property and we have received payment please also allow up to 30 minutes for your vacation home to be visible on Great Vacation Rentals. This also applies to and changes made to your listing via your owners section.
Does Great Vacation Rentals take reservations from vacationers interested in renting my home?
No. Great Vacation Rentals is strictly for advertising your vacation home. We do not get involved in taking deposits or handling any of the reservations for your home. All agreements made for the renting of your vacation home is between you and the person renting your home.
Do you share my personal information with others?
All information that you provide Great Vacation Rentals during the registration process is held strictly confidential. You will be able to choose what information we can provide vacationers so that they can contact you. Remember the easier you make it for potential vacationers to contact you, the more rentals you will get. Great Vacation Rentals will not provide your information to anyone other than a vacationer interested in renting your vacation home.
How much does it cost to list my vacation home on Great Vacation Rentals website?
There is an annual fee of $119.99 for a standard listing and a annual fee of $149.99 for a website listing. Great Vacations offers 25% off for multiple listings.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Great Vacation Rentals accepts PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card)./p>
Can I pay online?
Yes we only accept payments online. If you wish to pay by an alternative method then please contact us for further information.
How do I sign-up?
Just click on the following link: Sign up and follow the easy-to-use instructions. You will have your propertyy listed on Great Vacation Rentals in a few minutes. Make sure you have all the relevant property information to hand before proceeding. A minimum of 3 high quality images are required.
What is the difference between a standard listing and a website listing?
The only difference between a standard listing and a website listing is a website includes YOUR
very own website and unique name. e.g www.greatvacation-rentals.com/orlandovacationhome

What is an Availability Calendar?
View Availability Calendar The Availability Calendar symbol can be seen on some listings. As you might expect, by clicking on this symbol the availability calendar for the property will be displayed.
What is a Website Link?
Link to Property Website The Website Link symbol can be seen on some listings. This is usually because the owner of the property has a more detailed description of their property on another website. As you might expect, by clicking on this symbol you will be taken to the owner's specified website.
How do I change Currency?
Link to Property Website The Currency symbols are always visible on the right hand side of all pages on the website. By clicking on a chosen currency, all prices on the website will be instantly converted to your selected currency, using the latest exchange rates.
